We finish books without remembering the ideas. We binge content without applying a single lesson. We confuse being occupied with moving forward.
The problem is not consumption. It is intention. Food is meant to nourish, not to numb. Information is meant to guide action, not to distract us from it.
Before the next video, article, or conversation, pause for a second. Ask yourself one honest question. Will this help me do better, or just help me pass time?
That answer decides whether you grow or simply stay entertained.
